Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital files have been delivered. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, as they can be easily duplicated.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- If the digital product received is significantly different from the description provided
- If the digital files are corrupted or unusable
- If there was an error in processing your order
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Custom Services
For custom illustration services, refunds may be available if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun on a custom project, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
